Put me down for the Friday and Saturday events, expect just myself! Looking forward to it, hope work stays out of my way...

OK, so I've made Fairfield Inn reservations (thanks for the tip!) and I'll be motoring up on Friday, going back to NYCish on Sunday. I'd like to join in all the festivities, well, except the concours.
Who do I call/arrange all of it with??
