Seiko Seiki A/C compressor?
I just found out that sometime in my car's past the original A/C compressor was replaced with one made by Seiko Seiki and now that it's died finding a replacement isn't easy.
For one thing it's so old that any trace of a model number is gone. I went through all the records and the only clue I have is that the replacement compressor was itself replaced by a rebuilt compressor supplied by 'Performance Aire' - but there's no other info.
I'm thinking my best bet is to go back to the original compressor, but that involves additional parts - some of which seem to be available only from Porsche in Germany.

I did the Griffith's bolt on Keuhl upgrade kit on my 928 a couple summers ago. Very happy with the results and surprisingly affordable (Never see those words mixed with Porsche). Entire kit was $200 less than a new OEM compressor for my wife's old 1997 VW Jetta.
