Default Do you remember? (seal alternative)

I was buying some plants at Home Depot today and I remembered reading that someone had found a cheap alternative to valve cover or intake bolt seals there. I did a search and can't find anything. Maybe I got 928idis on the brain and I'm loosing it but I do remember something, obviously not enough.
