How do i remove the Vacuum actuator arm ?

Pull the diaphragm out of the plastic housing, the arm is attached to the diaphragm.

ahhh so i don't have to remove the arm form the housing ?

Mads,
To make it easier just bend the U part of the end of the arm slightly and then the arm and diaphragm will come out of the plastic actuator body. Change the diaphragm and put it back and bend the arm back to the original shape.
