Default FS: 928 Parts

David Lloyd is moving to a condo, so I rescued the following parts from going to the scrap yard. I am just asking enough to cover my expense in picking them up and the hassle of ready them for shipping. I will be happy to deal with anyone, especially if for local pickup.

5L Block from 85/86. (this looks like a TBF block if I had to guess, so to the scrap pile it will go)
https://rennlist.com/forums/showpost...9&postcount=14
5L crank from 85/86, been sitting gathering surface rust for a while $100 each
Spider intake from 4.5 or 4.7 (presumed US) SOLD
LH Computer (81-84?) 928 618 106 04 with wiring harness $100

Prices are plus shipping

Do you have pics of the crack in the girdle? and would you ship it/sell it seperately?

Would be nice to have a girdle that I can use to prevent pans from warping as I weld them.

Photo posted below. I don't have a problem separating it, as I don't think it can be used in a motor anyways, so yours would be an ideal use. Of course you are in Canada so shipping might be costly.

Stan,

I wouldn't mind takng a road trip up there if you're stuck with any of that stuff. I don't NEED any of it, but if you can't find another buyer for the 85/86 stuff, they're just my size.

Hi Mike,

Just one person interested in one of the cranks and of course, as in the this thread, someone interested in the cracked girdle. So, no interest in the block or the second crank...

I have other random 85/86 parts left, right now then end up in the shed, until my wife makes me get rid of that

Pulling the girdle off tonight and looked closely, not really sure why DL didn't scrap this long ago. I am guessing this is what a TBF block looks like:

Not quite worth the drive for you, eh? It would be a free coffee table...
