hi all
I need a quick answer as I am at this precise time fitting a new Becker CD to my 1984 S2. I have managed to locate and understand all wires except 1. What colour is the power wire for the electric antenna? Anyone know?
Cheers
Mike
Hmm, while running an errand it did occur to me that I should have noted that the white powers the built in antenna pre-amp. If you're talking about a power-operated antenna mast, that's a different story (I don't think you are, because of the MY, but thought I would mention it just in case).
Hi Brett - how's the project? We haven't seen an update in a while. I added my 2nd comment because I know there are aftermarket antennae ("aerials" to you, old son) on a few 928's over here. And did not early OB's have them? That's a Q, not a statement...

Hi Martin
Still working on the car...lots more electrics to sort out through a Mosfet , once I discovered that running 8 relays wouldn't work properly with my 8 Pulsoids at 17 amps a time lol..
The Mosfet will run 200 amps continuous and 300 for shorter periods
Also had the hatch and rear quarters Limo tinted (95%) to stop my twin 15lb bottles overheating and overpressurising...that worked
Thinking about doing some more dyno work at the moment , although my local dyno will only go up to 1000 hp, then it flashes red and all shuts down , so I am told But might be fun to try lolllll...
