Default First Time Removing Airbox

Hey guys.

I am about to did into a heater valve and vacuum test and need to remove the air box. Since I have not taken it off yet, thought I would post before doing something stupid

I see the 2 bolts on either side, then the 4 in the middle of the intake hole. What needs to come off to remove the airbox? Are there any sensors attached on the underside I need to mindful of?

Thanks.

Shawn

My 82 has a sensor that has to be unsnaped...not sure about an 84. The PET manual would show.

After looking at the PET it looks like the 84 model just unbolts and lifts off.

Should be just 2 bolts (#9 in the diagram above) and a breather hose on the bottom left (passenger side) that should just pull off.
