Looks like it....Maybe he needed $$ to make a payment on his Aston.

No offense, but DO NOT like that front fender! Should have done a Fat Bully type deal on that!

The shark gills and the triple rear viewscreens are a dead giveaway.
Needed the $$$ or got tired of modding the beast.

Seller name is: maseratiofmpls

Unless he's in the car selling biz then it got traded in for something.
Wonder if he went for a Maser instead of the Aston.

Wow, he put a lot of work customizing that car just to trade it in. Wonder how much he got from the dealer for it.

Good luck to them with a start bid of almost $38K. I'm sure every penny is in it, but IMO, a custom like this is too custom to spend that kind of Dinero on it.

Wow! How do you get from here to there?

"I think I'll spend $90,000 building a sports car, and end up with a salmon colored automatic".

It certainly is a one of a kind vehicle, and probably a blast to drive.

Malibu had it for sale on Ebay about 6 months ago. I'm not sure if he sold it then or not. From the text in the ad it sounds like he traded it in.

It certainly is nice (I've seen it up close). It's Malibu's car. I think he's bored with this project and wants to move on. I'm sure he has over $90K into it.
