Corner Balance Question

Wouldn't more rear sway bar do the something similar to raising the rear ? Carl Faucett has a mounting plate that makes it possible to change the rear bar setting on a stock bar. Also doubles as a tow point, trailer tiedown.

I corner balance checked my car at last year's Frenzy and it was like 49.9% to 50.1% one diagonal to the other. I was told that just by having even spring length side to side will put you nearly perfect in our cars. The corner balance made me believe that was true.
Later, the last time I had my suspension off, I measured compressed spring length and was within 1/16" from side to side. On reassembly I made sure they were exactly the same.
