I just sit a decent distance behind them until they reach their terminal top speed, give some more gas & float on by.

I went through the drive through the other day and the guy in the window really liked the sound, said it was awesome. When he asked me what was in it, I just said "a five-liter" not wanting to get too deep so I rounded. Hope he didn't think I dropped a Mustang engine in....

I just love prank calling Jim B. Loads of laughs

Tomorrows question is going to be.

"what wheels will fit on my 944?"

I think that maybe it's possible he had an 82 and when I said 82 he started rethinking things. Then when I tried to explain that a 928 was a totally different car, he started going into the "968 replaced the 944" blahblahblah...

I think he may have thought I was confused about my own car

Or he could have been totally full of it from the beginning. People are strange.

Hi Jim,

Don't get me in trouble. My remark was not sexist, men are somewhat necessary for reproduction unless we consider cloning...

I hope you mean white smoke, blue smoke is not so good. That usually means oil burning.

Blue smoke from the tires. And plenty of it!! My street tires get white smoke but it seems the cold victor racers were more of a blue color.

Wow, Jim.
Those 928's sure have a LARGE oil cooler up front.
So how many quarts does it take to fill that engine AND the cooler.

Anyone called about the limited edition 6-speed transmission.
Kept pushing the gear lever to the right and it won't engage the 6th speed gate.
