I don't think those doors are practical in any way. Big show, but they take a lot of space to open, and might trap people after a rollover accident
I'm not a great fan of the hatch, either, even though I can see some practical advantage in hot climates (less glass). It may also be lighter than the standard hatch.
The rest is tastefully done, as usual with Strosek. I particularly like the wheels in the first picture!

If those doors are like others of that ilk then they can open normally, at least part-way. I came across a Mini cab (JCW, highly modified) with those doors and while they were cool and opened reasonably, they seemed fragile. You had to be careful with opening and closing them. Now if it was a true gullwing, THAT would be awesome! If you're gonna go, go big!
[edit] looks like those are actually hinged at the A-pillar, a-la McLaren F1. So no they don't open normally and are probably much more stable than the normal "Lambo door" conversions. I like it!

Lucky me - I bought a set like that one on German eBay for USD1200. Spoke to Strosek and was told that they only had around 50 sets made by OZ Racing as the wheels were very expensive - EUR2400 each!!! They are lovely 3-piece forged - very light and strong... 10.5 rears and 8.5 fronts. The rears are ET47, whilst the fronts are ET55
