I love that color. That is one of my favorite color interiors. Nice pick up.

Mike (KillaV) has one like it here in the DFW area, maybe he will post some pics of his too.

Wow, I love it. That is a beautiful car and obviously well cared for.

Wait a minute.......I take that back. There is clearly a smudge on the oil filter cap.

Hi Rick! Haven't heard from you in awhile. I thought about your car when I saw this one. Wasn't sure if it was exactly the same color. VERY nice...both of them. When are you going to make it to Knoxville?

I have the same color. I didn't know it is green until SITM.

Hm, I thought the dual tipped tailpipes was a GT item? Or is there an RMB under there?

^^^^
Looks like an RMB to me... GT's did have dual tips, not S4's.

Yes my car has the RMB. It was done by the previous owner. I can see why it's a popular mod, the sound is intoxicating.

Hi Dean,

I'll have to figure out a good time to cruise over. After the aggravation I've had at work this week, I need to get out of town for a change of scenery, LOL. Which town has all the flea markets? Is it Crossville? Maybe we could meet up there sometime in the next couple of weeks on a Saturday or Sunday morning. I'll send you a PM. Thanks.

Rick, that's a great looking shark...I like the aero mirrors on it, although I like the "no side moldings" on mine.

I've got an ott x-pipe ready to go on her and the RMB will come later

[QUOTE=rj777;5509342]Hi Darien,

Wow, what a strikingly beautiful car!! I hope you enjoy many happy years of ownership. By odd coincidence, I, too, recently bought a 1988 Felsengruen Metallic 928 S4, last August, in fact. Mine's really similar to yours except that I have linen colored seats instead of the taupe colored leather. I have the taupe color on the steering wheel and dash, and love it. It's really unique. Here's my car from a trip to Destin Fla this past Feb. Can't wait to see more pics of your car. The color is really rare. And it's made even more rare by the fact that it was only offered by PorscheAG in '87 and '88. Best regards, Rick.

Thanks Darien, I appreciate the comments. Yeah, I noticed the 'molding-free' look of your car. I like it the look. It's very cool. It's funny that both our cars are from '88, yet one came with the side-moldings, and one didn't. Enjoy your car. It looks like it's in pristine condition. Best regards, Rick.

Also S4 had twin tips in '90-91 MY as they used same middle and rear mufflers as GT.

Any pics of that another greens interior?

Hi Vilhuer. If you mean my car, I don't have a lot of interior pics, but the previous owner took some right before he sold the car to me. I'll try to post some later in the weekend. Unfortunately, I have to go into the office today (Saturday) to get caught up on work. Regards, Rick.

Hi Vilhuer, here are some pics of the interior of my '88 Felsengruen metallic 928 S4. These pics were taken by the previous owner right before I purchased the car. The interior is the most unique color combination of any of my P cars, and is one of the most attractive that I've ever seen on any car regardless of marque. I love this car! Best regards, Rick.

I REALLY LIKE that wood kit!!! Where did it come from, how much, and how does it really look in person! Very tasteful looking in my view! I wonder how a Carbon Fibre kit consisting of those same pieces would look??? I would LOVE to add some stuff like that to a few of my cars... The '92, '88 and '84 would be good ones to do stuff like that to. The '81 would stay stock restored (different stereo though) and the '94 would stay stock completely...
