Default Piston sizes

Hello All

Could anyone be so kind as to let me know the cc volume of the following piston sizes ie (Dish in piston)
85-85 (100mm 32 valve) both sizes if possible

s4 (100mm)

the volume of the cylinder head (above the piston) s4 head

diameter of the cylinder head gasket (across the hole)

Thickness of the cylinder head gasket

If anyone would have any of these details handy Ill be eternally gratefull
