I know I'm going to regret this, but I must sell my 928GT. I have owned it for about 5yrs. The mileage is just under 75K. This car is not perfect, but is an outstanding driver. There are some rock chips, a couple scratches & one small ding in the body, but it still looks very nice. The interior is excellent except for some wear on the driver's seat. This 928 has been very well maintained by me & stored in my garage. Here are the details as I can recall right now:
1990GT, Guards Red/Lt Grey Sport Seats, ~75K miles
New Timinig Belt/Water Pump with the Porkensioner System
New Drilled/Slotted rotors & pads
Nearly new (3K miles) Intake R&R including all rubber hoses, TPS, ICV, Temp II, rebuilt MAF, cleaned & balanced injectors, New O2 sensor
Previous owner also replaced the LH computer with a NEW Porsche unit
Short Shifter
Bilstein/Eibach's
Ott X-pipe
Motor Mounts done about 20K miles ago
GTS clutch (before I purchased the car)
Rebuilt AC controller with heavy-duty relay
17" Boxster Wheels- Tires probably have 5K miles left
Alpine Ipod control deck (Ipod hook-up in glove box) with custom built 12" sub box in spare tire well & amp box hidden under rear carpet- Totally stealth, upgraded speakers in doors & rear quarters, sounds very good
I'm sure there is more I can't think of at the moment. I would not hesitate to drive this car from here in Oregon to anywhere in the country. It idles, pulls to redline, shifts, brakes & corners as good or better than new and sounds awesome doing it. The climate control & AC works as it should. There are a few small things that need to be done, but nothing that would stop the new owner from enjoying the hell out of this 928.
It is extremely difficult to click the submit new thread button.
I am attaching some pics, but they do not show the new rotors.
I think a fair price is $19,500.
Email me with any questions or if you would like a phone number to talk.
Brian

I know the regulars know this is a freaking steal, but for anyone playing along at home, this is a freaking steal. I have a decent driver-quality '90 GT with 35K more miles, essentially the same maintenance performed over the last 2 years, and I'm into mine for more than $10K over and above Brian's asking price. I'm surprised Wilhoit or LM haven't snapped this up already.
Please someone steal this car for less than $20K! Brian's loss is your gain!

Damn my eyes!!
I would have bought this ride in a heart beat if I didn't have the '87 S4 I just bought.
Your timing is bad, damn you.....
Best deal I've seen in a while for a GT in this condition,.....damn you one more time.

My wife actually told me to go get it.....but have to sell the '85 first![crying](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/bigcry.gif)
I want both.
Just had LSD installed and Cattanneo rebuilt the auto trans, rebuilt TT. Car needs nothing, other than forced induction.
Oh well, this is such a steal, someone on the list PLEASE buy it.

Glen just do what I did. Buy the GT and worry about selling the other car afterwords. If you put your mind to it you'll have your other car sold before you even receive the GT and you'll be getting the garage ready for the new toy!
Go for it!
