Default Belly Pan Cover

Mine is shot....been pretty pathetic looking for some time but is now hanging and scraping the pavement. What's the best replacement out there cost/benefit wise? 928 Specialists looks to have the best deal on an aluminum replacement. Any others to consider? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

the two biggest used suppliers are 928 Specialists (928gt.com) in NC and 928 International, Anaheim. Parts heaven has some 928s. I think they are in TX somewhere. Google will turn up others, I'm sure, Good luck. Somebody (a rennlister) on ebay sells a set of splash pan screws.

Save your old pan so that you can transfer the ducts over to the new (metal) pan, the ducts are pretty tough to find!

Oh, you can get them, but the problem is that they're already attached to a plastic pan:

To answer the ORIGINAL question...

You can buy new original plastic trays from any of the Big N suppliers. There's an available aluminum replacement tray that's a lot more durable than the original plastic, a little less spendy, available from 928 International and maybe from others. As mentioned, you'll want to transfer the little cooling motor mount ducts from the original tray to the aluminum one. A pop-rivet tool does the attachment nicely to the aluminum tray.

Get the aluminum one. It can take a hell of a beating.

Default Air deflectors needed

Does anyone know where I can get a pair of these air directors. Salvage from old belly pans is the only source I know and I can't find any. I could probably fabricate some if I had enough detail or an old pair. I have the aluminum belly pan now, but I never had the original. I'm also looking for the rear section that covers the cats. It is NLA new.

As Rob said, you can get them, they come attached to the new factory pan which is $230ish

If you could fashion some that would be your best bet though

Need to decide how important those little vents are. They try to direct some air up to the liquid-filled motor mounts to keep the glycol from boiling out due to proximity to exhaust headers. If you have solid mounts or your original mounts are already dry, they do nothing except make it tougher to drop the tray. They do include a mounting screw hole in each, but I think the al tray will be fine without those screws.

Used rear trays should be available from the Usual Suspects. They don't seem to see the same amount of abuse that the fronts do, so there are surely good used ones at places like 928 Int'l.

All I could find via website searches is the aluminum replacements. I will call to inquire about an OEM replacement.

I do have one of the ducts from the old pan....it fell through the front spoiler after coming dislodged and scraping the pavement!!!!
