Door VIN sticker is US DOT requirement. ROW cars don't have it. Option sticker should be in trunk.

My 90 Japanese car has the option sticker under the mat in the back and just has the paint code & bar code stickers on the door jamb.

Hello Malcolm.

I finally got the car on the road at the end of March. It had been out of the shop for all of about 90 minutes when the starter crapped out. I didn't know whether to laugh, cry or simply go beat the crap out of my co-worker who had sold me the car. A couple of days later, it was back on the road, though, and I've been driving it pretty much daily ever since then. A couple of small annoying issues have cropped up, but nothing serious.

I'm in Calgary every 2nd Thursday for the next number of months. I usually fly back & forth the same day, but may take the 928 on one of the trips & make a long weekend out of it. If so, I'll contact you ahead of time & perhaps we could get together.

Let's hope some real summer weather arrives soon.
