LOL no kidding. Thanks to a bad ATF refill job (not my fault). There is still a large volume of ATF still sitting in that reservoir and I have yet to shove something in there to take out the excess.

I think he was ragging on me because I said it looked like a clean install. You should see how he rags on side pipes.

Ryan likes to bag on me. I'm good with that.

What **** site do you recommend?

If I recommend one to you, it will be something of high quality.

Hell, you should hear some of the comments about Sterlings exhaust.

One of the posters in this thread called it Ricer.

I think we might be in good company

Sterling is actually my inspiration for getting more grunt out of my 928. I heard a sound clip of his 'SG' and fell in love with that thing!

Heh, you should hear that beast in person.

I've had the pleasure of sitting in it, that ******* still has not given me a ride and I helped install his interior. Post rebuild. I did get to wear his hand me down wheels for a week.

No dude i dont think its a clean install. Dont take that as a personal attack, I could say nothing i guess, but thats boring. Lets spice it up a bit ya? My post is my opinion so on and so forth, it looks like what it is.

If it works for you, then great, who cares what i think.

On Topic,

Did you try the small resonators (GT ones) with the X-pipe and RMB? I'm currently running that.

Ok, it's an install that doesn't stick out the sides like a wannbe cobra. The only concern I have is the vibration with the heat shields.

But hell, this is about noise.

Ryan has an def ear for sound.........eye for detail......they don't always collide in a good way though.

I like clamps, not welds

My initial exhaust setup was an RMB and the S4 resonators. I went to Dynomax glasspacks since they were completely straight through. I had that setup for a while since it sounded really nice, but I got caught up in the x-pipe craze too.

I didn't have the funds available to get the Motorsport pipe, and I saw the 928 SP one. It inspired me to make my own and work off that for a 2.5" exhaust system that would yield some gain as well as the sound I like.

In the end, I have never been happier with the sound of this 32-valve V8.

Sure does. Ironically it's louder than the 928 and it has a 2-chamber muffler on it! Damn 4-bangers
