Default Nice Wax Job!

Anyone tried the new synthetic wax, "ICE"?

My son Nick and I just waxed my car in about 10-minutes!

Clear, it went on very easy, left no pasty residue on my rubber pieces. And gave the car a nice, silky-smooth finish too.

r/Mike

They sent me a bottle of that before they put it on the shelves and it left streaks all over my car. I hated it and had to re-do it with Mothers to get it off. I did like the quick detail spray though. Glad it worked for you and you didn't have my experience with it.

I did all three cars today, my 928, a mineral gray 06 Civic, and a diamond white Explorer. No streaks - too easy, too fast!

Received several free bottles at the trade show, pretty decent , I would place it a tad under NXT overall but good stuff none the less. Curious how long it last as NXT generally doe not last very long.

I have both Ice paste and liquid, the paste lasts much longer than the liquid.

Silicon in the ICE must account for the silky, smooth finish it provides.

Glad to find something that truly delivers as advertised:

Turtle Wax® ICE™ is a clear wax formulated with completely new technology that blends silicone and hydrocarbon polymers to provide extraordinary shine and durability.

Claimed Product Benefits

Can be applied to all exterior rubber, plastic and vinyl trim to restore color and shine without leaving white residue. [I even put it on the rear wing - looks great!]

Unlike conventional waxes, ICE™ can be applied in direct sunlight or on a hot surface without streaking or wax build-up. [I found the sunny side of the car was even easier to polish than the shady side.]

A single application will provide extraordinary shine however, multiple layers will further increase depth of gloss and shine. [It really didn't take much to wax all three of my cars, still have nearly a full bottle.]

Turtle wax claims ICE has light stabilizers to protect your car’s finish from the suns damaging UV rays.

Complete kit includes a foam applicator and microfiber towel.

Anyone, that's enough of a pitch for Turtle wax - nice product.
