The rear hatch was replaced according to the post....but he can probably cut the black metal trim and make what he has work O K for the hatch. The 1/4 trimand molding ??? depends on what was changed.
Let me know if you need the qtr trim for the S spoiler as I have removed my S spoiler and have three pcs per side. The only thing that I dont have 4 sale is the top u shaped pc. I was able to keep that and use it with the new qtr trim.
Brian,
Thank you for your offer, I will check and see if it is needed and let you know in the next 24-48hrs. Let me know what you want for it and I'll see if I need it. Many thanks, Bob
This is a page from 928 Internationals Web site which shows the differences in the rubber seals from a S model and a non S. If you post a picture of the Qtr glass as it is now Jim B could tell you what you need.
If the PO replaced all the rubber and all the trim then you may get by with only buying the rubber for the S and one corner trim pc (per side)that rides that extra pc of rubber. IIRC the only difference in the top and lower trim from the S model and the non S is about 1.5" in length. (non S being longer).
What I have is the S top,S lower and S bottem corner pc for both sides.
Rennlist member price $100 for all 6 pcs
Non member price $75 each side.
I recommend you join up and post pictures. There is no since buying pcs you dont need.

Thanks again for helping with this info. I am headed back from NY tonight so I will double check the seals. I believe it's just rubber with no trim on the rear quarters But the hatch has metal trim. I will look closely.
Bob
I believe I have a dealer installed S rear spoiler on my 81. I have standard trim on the rear windows but there is a bracket that fits under the trim to secure the spoiler. I can take pictures if anyone is interested. Andrew

Well Jim,
What I hoped to have done late last week, I'm only getting to tonite. I will be checking out the spoiler with what is currently on the car as far as if I have the correct window seals or molding so I can mount up the spoiler I got from Fabio. Everyone here has been great with tips and info....couldn't do this without all the support. A BIG THANKS to YOU and EVERYONE Too!

I missed your reply earlier Andrew....If you have photo's that I could compare to what I have currently...that would be great!!! It would make my day so to speak. Thanks for the offer!
Bob
Glad you are back Once you determine your needs, check with Fabio and see if he has any additional parts for sale. If not, I would be glad to send you what I have. (Qtr window trim described in earlier post)
