Default Help Identify This Gear Please


Can someone identify the gear that is at the back of the transmission? It is the one visible on the right in this picture (left picture). The pic on the right is not related, it was just part of the other picture and I "borrowed" the pic from another thread.

Nice clean trans. Reverse. No Synchros on the early boxes (on this reverse gear).
