What Andrew and Big Dave did not mention is your Auto registration is also due on your Birthday, if you own multiple cars (in your name) HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
I moved here from Delaware ($25/year/car) with 4 cars in my name… MI sucks for car nuts, but we do get great roads for all that money (right?)
I put my new Mini Cooper S is in Kristine’s name, she likes it

I have my '91GT registered as a "Classic Car" in PA.
The car has to be over 15 years old and costs ~$100. But it is a onetime fee for life. I no longer have to do emission inspection so yearly inspection is $24 instead of $80.
