fuel pressure gauge at the fuel rail is a must for troubleshooting no start problems

Have you checked the ground wire coming off the pumps to make sure it has a good connection to the chassis?

Just looking thru some older threads and thought I would end this one with the solution...I found the plug wires were bad. Made all the difference in the world as to how it ran.

I had the same issue. I see you had put 4 gallons in there, but I remember putting about 8 in mine and still had problems. I put more gas in and when it started, took it to the station to fill it up. It still needed about 15 more to fill up. Starts without issue now. My moral is: Go back to the Gas station and fill up those 5 gallon containers and put more gas.
