I sent 17" wheels a tires from (one of the big 3) back upon arival. The UPS guy pointed out the damage to 2 of the new wheels,(customer service) and took them back with them. Needless to say they (one of the big 3)had another set promptly sent that was packeged so well this time I had to use my K-Bar (no kidding) fighting knife to get it and sincere appologies.

Chris, it's perfectly OK to give specific names when giving a vendor praise. So, which of the 'Big 3' was it?
