I dig the paint scheme, makes it look mean, like a big Kawasaki Ninja!

Speaking of bikes, Mr.Merlin, is that one of those new HP-2 Beemers hiding back there in your garage? Sweet.

Nope but thats a good eye, its a 2001, 1150 GS The Big Ugly, It has R1100 S wheels with street tires and a 5.5 inch rear wheel and Ohlins shocks so its kinda like a super motard also has the carbo fiber front fender that replaces the factory plastic

Oscar,

I still think the color is lots of fun, but I prefer the wheels last month before powdercoating.

I think I built this model when I was 9. :-)

Seriously, I really, really like the look! Not on mine, of course, but I really like it!

Looks good but I suspect the colour will surpass Red in its ability to attract attention that you would rather avoid.

Very cool look! I think I would look even better with sticker on the fender, similar to the Club Sport, done in satin black.

I am considering some type of double stripe from the front to back offset from the centerline of the car. It needs more black in it.

Reminds me of a Lambo Miura..., all it needs are some "eyelashes" above/below the headlamps,...think the Lambo colour is called "Pistachio", anyway it looks great, love the colour.
BTW my favourite super-car is definately the Miura, what a fabulous looker.
