Red face Speedometer calibration

The speedo in my 81' auto is about 10 mph slow. Is there any calibration adjustments that can be done to the unit or should I have it checked out at a speedo shop?

Jim,
There is no adjustment unit - Do you have too big tires?
If not, then only two possibilities: The speedo shop or accept the slow speedo - Then you have an excuse when the police stops you! Ha-ha!

Wink

Thanks for the advice Eric. My tires are not to large. Guess I'll just live with it until I have to pull the insturment pod out for something else. <img src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" border="0" alt="[cheers]" />
