Actually they do TICK TICK , but as the relay is under the passenger carpet area with other relays its a little hard to hear, unless your head is by passengers feet lol.
All the best Brett

Alan I do have an aftermarket alarm installed and the light flashing wire does tap in at the light switch. I will try and move the light switch and see what happens and let you know. I also don't hear my blinkers tick either. Jason

The turn signal relay click is very muffled - almost to the point of not being there - its norma...
If you have an alarm that flashes the marker lights - and it actually flashes all of them - then they screwed up your wiring. To make both sides flash you can either connect to both of them (shorting them together - and causing what you see) - or you can do it the right way and connect to left and right marker circuits via a diode for each side. If you want this to work you will need to remove the alarm flasher confirm connection to boith sides and replace it with 2 diodes +ve to the markers and both -ves to the flasher signal...

Sounds like a lot of work for just an annoyance problem. I think I'm going to concentrate on my other problems before I tackle this one. I do have to pull the pod soon and change the gages so maybe I'll do it then. Jason

Well its not so much work - but certainly not a critical immediate need.... It does indicate that "professional" alarm installers do lots of wierd stuff - shorting wires together - without realizing that no car manufactuer seperates wires for fun - it costs more so there is ALWAYS a reason. But of course - they don't really care... once you drive off the lot you aren't likely to come back... (and they will deny everything!)
anyway if you ever want to fix it its pretty easy and others may find the same thing - I've seen it before obviously...![Wink](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
