I'd be way happier if I didn't have such a big box of spare parts!! <img border="0" alt="[ouch]" title="" src="graemlins/c.gif" />
It spins free without the plugs, with fuel-pump and ignition relays removed, and it sounds good on spinning with the plugs in place. Lets all cross our fingers for Brian now!! <img border="0" alt="[burnout]" title="" src="graemlins/burnout.gif" />

Ernie's first rule of mechanics sez that any parts left over were not necessary in the first place. <img border="0" alt="[nono]" title="" src="graemlins/nono.gif" />
Porsche has designed extra parts into your car to make you think you should have used a mechanic. <img border="0" alt="[bigbye]" title="" src="graemlins/xyxwave.gif" />
Ernie's second rule sez if it's pretty enough it's gotta run. <img border="0" alt="[thumbsup]" title="" src="graemlins/bigok.gif" />
Ernie's first corrolary: Ernie's car must not have been pretty enough. <img border="0" alt="[crying]" title="" src="graemlins/crying.gif" />

Brian,
How did you apply the paint to the letters? Mine look like a drunken co-ed putting on lipstick! What did you use as the border definition? With the curved profile I find it impossible to define a width.

Rob:
The hose-things are reinforced silicone hose. The 2 big ones are called "hump-hose" (another highly technical term) while the other 8 are just ordinary. (actually 4 of their couplers, cut in half) This stuff is available through "Turbonetics" among others. See the bottom of this page

and give them a call.
