Default Anyone have these wheels from Tirerack?

Specs would seem to be problematic on an S4, but the Tirerack folks assured me they will fit.

Front: 52mm 18X8.5–225/40/18

Rear: 47mm 18X10–265/35/18

Would love to see them on an actual 928 to ease my mind. Thanks for the help.

I Have those wheels, funny thing the dealer I bought them from said they were custom "one off" wheels. Apparently not!

Unfortunately I have not fit them to my car since it has been a project for most of the winter and is still at the shop.

As soon as I get it back I have to put the wheels on and my GTS mirrors.

The wheels will fit with those offsets but the fronts will be out to the edge of the front fender. The rears will be perfect but could be spaced out up to another 8mm without rolling the fender.

I've seen these wheels with the exact offset on an S4 in the past. but without the black paint/Powder coat.

Sorry, No pics for you yet, though.

If you don't mind me asking what is Tirerack asking for a set??

I got mine from a dealer in Texas. It was his only set. new wheels+ new tires mounted/balanced 225 front 265 rear sumitomo HTRZIII. + genuine Porsche center caps, and valve stem caps with crest. Delivered to my door was $1200.00

Thanks Matt. Good to know the offsets will work. You got a great deal. Tirerack is charging 1240.00 just for the wheels before shipping. I'll send you a pic when I get mine on.

Btw did you talk to the owner of the car with same wheels...how did the car drive?

I was at Performance Products last week, and saw a 928 OB Black/Black with these exact wheels and nice low profile tires with large red calipers. It looked really awsome Tried to take a picture with my phone but couldn't get it to work

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to talk to him. Most on the board will say the car may want to tramline with the low front offsets, like wanting to follow the ruts in the road.

I drove a GTS a couple years ago with a low offset front wheel, I didn't notice anything negative in the handling but I didn't have much time in the car nor did I drive it too hard.

I have 18x8.5" 52mm offset wheels w/ 225/40-18 tires on the front of my 928. If your ride height is low enough the fronts will rub the fenders during turns...

They should work.....the fronts and rears with the listed tires will be pretty close to the outside fender though.....

I run a 18x10x58mm rear wheel with 265/40 tires...I have about 10mm of clearance until the fender hits in the rear...but my tires do have a large anti curb rash lip too
