Default RH "split rims" black or silver?

I've finally decided on my new wheel choice - 18" RH split look cups.

18" front - 8.5J ET 56 with 235/30/18
18" rear - 10J ET 54 with 285/30/18

http://www.design911.co.uk/index.htm?Region=UK (scroll down!)

Anyone have any experience of RH alloys? I've checked offsets using Andrews excellent calculator and fit seems good? Do I go for black, or silver? Anyone have a pic with similar rims fitted to silver car? Photoshop anyone?

Go with Black since the silver is NOT the same as the car go with the big contrast of Black.

You have fine taste, sir! I have a set of silver ones on order. They're not here yet, but neither is my S4.

Personally, I'd go with the black centers. With the polished lips, black would look really nice on a silver car.
RH Wheels are nice, but I've heard (not experienced, fortunately) that it doesn't take much of a pothole to put them out.
Here's two piece 18" RAL's on my black GT:

And here's what they'd look like w/black centers. I'm partial to black painted center caps....maybe some day:

Silver centers w/black calipers would be a classier look. Considering that yours is 'one of the fast ones', silver on silver would keep the sleeper status that it now is.
Black centers w/red calipers would be a more aggressive, look and would do more to suggest that you might have something more than stock lurking under the hood.
Either way, it's going to look great.....and we'll need pictures!

My Photoshops skills are quite rusty, but maybe this will help a little...

You're going for red calipers....go for the black centers.
I think that you'll find the combo to be really sharp.
If I end up going w/black centers, the calipers would get a coat of red. It will be a very different look from silver/black calipers, but a really nice alternative.
Only recently has RH offered black centers for the same price as silver. Had I had the option of black centers, I likely would have found myself in the same decision quandry as you.

I think on a silver car either silver or black would look good. I think the black would look more custom & have more contrast though.
