rear hatch gas dampers, what to buy ?

Hi

The gas dampers for my rear hatch can't hold the hatch anymore

The original dampers cost a fortune, is there anybody who has found a cheap replacement ? all the supplyers i my area whants to know what car it's for, so i can't just go in and look for myself

The big 3 sell them for about $20 a piece.

actually onli 14$.
But i located i Denmark, so the shipping and tax (34%, also on the shipping) will make them very expensive

I sell them for $12 each - high quality low price.
Sold hundreds of them for over 3 years and as far as I know non has failed so far 8>)
