Looks good, almost too good. Where is the grease, recycled oil jugs, the all so common oil stains on the floor and smudges of dirt?? It looks like a damn hospital! Ha Ha.

I like the layout and the lights, all you need now is a beer cooler, music, and a few sofa chairs so people can hang out in style out there.

Beautiful. Something to aspire to for those of us with less room to grow on our current land.

Hmm, I wonder where all future DFW tech sessions should be held?

I have the grading work scheduled for my 36'x50'x12' this month. It will have 4 roll-up bay doors (3 will be 10' and 1 will be 11' tall), a 10k lb 2-post lift, and a 2-stage 100 gallon air compressor with plumbed in hard lines throughout.

It's gonna cost about $25k. ($15k metal structure, $5k grading and concrete slab, $2k lift, and $3k for electrical). May add 1 sink for cleanups, but that will be later. I already have the beer frige and air compressor.

Still can't believe I got it past the ol' lady and into our budget!!

I'll post some pictures as it goes up.

Congrats Brad! Nine months, eh?
Gee, Sterling might be interested in your contractor . . .

Great job, really... Heck, looks almost good enough for an Operating Suite. . .'Scalpel, please!

Regards to JoAnn...(she's not lost in that wet concrete, I hope!)

I built this for a friend of mine in a wheel chair, all I had was a drill and circular saw and some hand tools. Basic cabinets, counter top, some cool mirrored lexan back splash, and slat wall to hang up stuff. Total materials was like $1300.

Kim, I assure JoAnn is alive and well.
Some answers to some of the questions.
The floor is painted with Roll on Rock epoxy coating
The Keg is inside the house in the game room
Thanks to all for the positive feedback. I,ll keep posting when I get the lift started.
