Tony,
No direct experience but I've been saving some messages on this from others. Mike Briggs,John Eifert, Dan Bise, and Jay Wellwood have been thru this. If you'd like, I'll dump the 16 or so messages in a file and mail them to you.
The biggest question is what to use to apply it: brush, 'wipe', sponge brush, air sprayer. It's a bit hard to evaluate since you're not sure how 'critical' the report is relative to your own standards. I need to re-dye my bolster and have the dye but have been putting it off. I think I'm going to try the sponge brush.

Tony, I'm in the process right now of doing the leatherique re-dye, the color is being changed from gray to black so I had to do a bit of surface sanding so the new dye will take, a couple applications of rejuvenator oil have been applied (this softens hard leather) and they have been wiped down with Pristine Clean. I will hopefully be spraying on the dye this evening using two sprayers, a small one for the seams, nooks and crannies and a larger one for the larger surface areas (I hear spraying is the best method, no brush marks). The seats in the photos show where I have sanded through the dye (lots of work) and after doing the process on a test piece with only a scuff sand I found the dye takes extremely well and a full takedown of the old dye isn't necessary. The hardest part so far is taking sandpaper to otherwise perfect condition seats especially after using the Rejuvenator Oil and Pristine Clean; this really made them look nice. I will add photos to this link as I follow through the project. In all this product has, so far, impressed me and in my initial research found nothing but excellent reports about it.

To all,
The dye is CRAP! I used it on my seats and had less than spectacular results. Not only could they not match the color, after repeated attempts and multiple leather swatches sent to them, but the dye is water based and will wear-off on your clothes.
The other products they sell are pretty good: crack filler, pristine clean, and leather rejuvinator.
I used another company http://www.bryndana.com/default.asp and I had great results with their products and since they are not water based the color doesn't rub-off and ruin your clothes. I drive my other car, 560 SEC, over 50,000 miles a year and get in and out of it at least 15 times a day and the Bryndana product has held-up wonderfully. The leatherique products wear-away very quickly.

tony,
did mine last year. the key is in the prep. i did find some early wear in the drivers bolster, but i redid that part and it's worked out fine for me. haven't had any trouble with the dye rubbing off. i have some pics i can send you if you want to see how it turned out.

It may be hard to tell in the photos but these guys look brand new, even my girlfriend was impressed (an she hates the car, whats new). I ended up brushing the dye on the seams and in the creases and using the full size auto spray gun to do the overall area. The result is a nice satin finish with no brush marks, as for durabiity (Jim), only time will tell I'm hoping for the best.
