Andy you can find just about every abbreviation you never knew you`d never need to know by reading through the FAQ section at the front/ top of the threads, IIRC

Please read thru the New Visitor...FAQ topic posted at the top of this forum.

Had you done so, you wouldn't have needed to create this topic.

Thanks.

It means in capital letters "PLEASE DO NOT BLAST ME IF THIS IS NOT 1000000000000000000000% ACCURATE. IT HAS BEEN A WHILE. I DID DO THIS ONCE, BUT IT WAS QUITE A WHILE AGO. AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT BLAST THE CRAP OUT OF ME IF MY MEMORY FAILS ME A LITTLE BIT"

So you simply put "IIRC" in front of whatever you are going to say and it is to release you from any blasting from other board members that want to prove they are so much more knowledgeable than you. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Good luck and welcome to the board

Hi Andy, welcome to the 928 board.
If your not getting the service you need then try the PM( personal message feature), click on each posters name and it will give you options .This is found on their avatars, you will notice that some have different bylines Just find the one that says "Moderator Maximus" his screen name is Randy V, and send him a letter he will respond and get you fixed up. There's a couple of indicators in your post that seem to show that you had not yet read the FAQ -

Post 2 in the FAQ says to title your threads appropriately:

https://rennlist.com/forums/showpost...17&postcount=2

and post 26 is a list of acronyms and abbreviations (including IIRC):

https://rennlist.com/forums/showpost...4&postcount=26

Send me a PM regarding your Member status and I'll get you fixed up.

Thanks.
