Prayer Needed for My S4
Guys, my wife just took off on her first solo flight in my '87 S4.
Please keep me in your thoughts for the next few hours.....
This is the way it looked before she left, hopefully it will return that way.

Beautiful car! No rub strips!! I am sure she'll look just as good when she comes back. Now mine on the other hand, every time my wife ever drove it, something else happened to it; tranny went out, water pump, etc..

You car is looking a little high in the front & low in the back in that picture - had you just raised the front end before the photo?
I guess whatever happened it still wasn't high enough in the front

It's probably high because he lifted the front to put his new wheels on and had not driven it far enough yet to settle the suspension.

No, guys. She was serious as hell. Came home with the black chin plastic in the rear hatch. Broke the hell out of 3 of the holes in the lower bumper and inner fender well splash shields. She drove too far up on a parking place barrier, then backed off and ripped the living dog chit out of the lower chin plastic.
I'll secure it back into place with new hardware. It looked like one the PO's have doned it once before.
As for the car's stance, yes it is a little too high in the front. I just put those wheels on and I've driven about 70 miles before that picture. It also squats a little too much in the rear. I'm going to have Brad at Digital Chassis in Chapel Hill NC install some new Bilsteins front and rear and do the alignment. He is the area 928 chassis man. That should get the stance right.
Maybe I'll let my wife drive it up there for that appointment.....

I've heard the only thing better then "make up sex" is "sorry for trashing the living 'chit out of your 928" sex.
I guess now we'll know for sure.
(assuming we get a testimonial)
