Just dont start cutting stuff out like I did. I did that and ended up throwing out my front crossover. Had i taken the approach i do now and followed it to the end of the tunnel you can see why its there. Its there for a reason, wether you want that you can decide later once you know what it is.
Not saying you would just cut it out, but make sure you know what it is. It could be redundant at this point which is what the case was with a radar detector that was wired into my car. I found a bunch f stuff behind the dash that went nowhere, got rid of that crap right quick!
