'79 Rear wheel spacers (?)

Does anyone know the size wheel spacer to bring the rear wheels (stock 15" w/Automatic transmission) out to fill out the wheel wells a little better and to look "out in the fender" like the front wheels? Who has the best price?

I have a set of H&R 1/0 bolt-ons on the rear and 1/2" slip-ons on the front of my '79 w/15" phonedials.
