Default Looking for Pascha!

I'm looking for a passenger side seat or enough Pascha material to recover one seat for a '79 I'm working on. If anyone has something available or knows where to get it, please let me know.

The car is in great shape, but the PO's stupid cat got in it a tore up the passenger side seat, which WAS in almost perfect condition. Its a shame to get rid of the driver's seat because I can't get one to match on the other side.

I see these threads all the time and people act like its not available. But it is I know Rob and maybe someone else have the stuff they need yet it seems some people arent willing to pay for what is an older and rare material.

There is another guy that goes crazy looking for pascha seats yet there are sources available for them and he's still looking, apparently for people to give him the material or seats or even pay him to take them which i cant understand.

Rob has the best price on carpet, so i imagine his price on Pasha is good too, yet probably NOT FREE which seems to be what some people are expecting.

I never said I was looking for a donation, only availability.

I checked with Rob last year and he said he didn't have any spare material available at the time, but I just sent him another PM. He also refered me to Le Mans in New Zealand, but they also said they didn't have anything to match, so I'm still looking ...

Some of the confusion might be from people reading in what they think others need. Not everyone needs or is looking for a complete recover kit. The sources being offered make a living selling covers, not materials, and are therefor understandably reluctant to sell their materiels or give out sources.
There were a few times people would get upset with me in the Caribbean - I used to carry stainless, rigging, resin, cloth, and refrigeration supplies for my yacht repair company. NO - I'm not a parts company, and selling that $15 part could put me out of a $1,500 job. Obviously not yours, Mr Doityourselfer, but the next guy's, who will be happy to pay for the work.....

Looking for a few yards of Pascha cloth too

Call lemans in New Zealand, I think they still have this color. 0064 4 384 8616

But I suspect that your material is worse than you think. I think the blue is supposed to be a deeper blue, or even black.

That would probably be me. While you can get some color combinations of Pascha quite easily, some combinations are simply not available. I even have suspicions about the "black & white" being available that is really "black & oyster" that doesn't really match. With me it's not a matter of cost (OK, no, I wouldn't pay $1k per seat for a used one) it's simply availability.

All I have left is scraps of black, brown and navy blue, nothing big enough to do even one insert. And I'm using the scraps for liners on some other parts, cassette boxes, parcel shelves, etc.

We have plenty of the tan/black on hand but it belongs to a customer and he may not want to part with much of it. It will not match the other seat very well, it is new and unfaded. He did get enough to do at least two cars. I will ask him...

Dave, can you post a pic of what the material looks like in bulk? The way the design in concentrated on the seat cover, it looks like a lot of the material would go to waste.

I originally purchased some material from Le Mans that was black and tan/cream/whatever thinking I was getting black & white. So I've seen how that bolt of material was cut, and you're absolutely right. You would think that with the bolt being as wide as it is, that you could get two seat's worth across the width. But it's not the case; the center of the pattern is almost down the center of width, so what's left on either side isn't enough for a whole seat. Very wasteful. You might be able to use some of it for door trim and possibly some of the smaller sections on the back seats, but it's not "two for one" across the width of the material by any means.
