Just out of interest do you have to pay extra for a personalised reg in the US?
The system in the UK is that a new car gets allocated a plate where 2 letters denote region, 2 numbers denote age and three other letters are random. If you want anything outside this system then there is a market for older reg numbers that were issued before this formal system was introduced. These plates can cost a lot! For example I found one that read "TWO 928S" for £1500 ($2250) or I could get "928S" for £15000 ($22500)! Hmmm... Maybe not today!

I have [93 Shark] on my GTS. Being in California, those who don't know 928's think I play hockey.
The best I ever saw was [3M5QX3]. I noticed it coming up fast behind me in my rear view mirror, as he weaved through the traffic. I laughed out loud. It equates to [EXQZME] in a mirror.
