instrument problems

Default instrument problems

i have 2 issues on my 85 euro.
the auto shift lights do not light at all. (prnd32)
the fuel economy gauge does not move.
i do have good vacumn to the control box.
any ideas?

The shift indicator lights are on one connector (at least on my '85) but I don't believe the same connector has any relationship to the fuel guage (there are 4 connectors all together on the '85).

I would check the fuel guage connections in the top of the fuel tank area - there is an access under the storage area floor.
