Default Risky Business sinker could it be?

it had no engine, and probably all electricals were gutted out (which they'd be garbage if they hadn't been). I can't imagine any part of the interior being salvagable after being dumped in the drink like that. Car would not be worth anything to me. I'd rather buy the half decent example that was for sale recently out of CO, in the museum, and is established to have been the car actually driven in the movie...

Besides...if I'm not mistaken the Risky Business car was a pre S car so it couldn't have been an 83. I'm thinking they used a total of 4 or 5 cars in the movie all of which were 79 or 81 my. Check out www.rb928.com

Get pics. I seriously doubt they could sell the car after. It would seem there would be some kind of law that would not allow them to sell a compromised car. If at the very least, it would have a salvage title.

I would like to see whatever proof he has that it was a movie car. That would be the first step...

Nicole is right about the authenticity. Also, if I was selling an authentic RB movie car, regardless of it being the one dumped in Lake Michigan… I’d certainly have a stronger ad than that. I just sold a set of 928 sun visors that had a stronger description. Marketing 101.

I thought that docu guy in Colorada doing the 928 doc already had figured out where/what happened to most of those RSKY BIZ cars.

I thought all the cars were accounted for that's why I figured this would stir up some intrest.
