I have a problem with my power steering on the '84 Euro. It seems to be eating PS belts and wearing excessively on the outside of the pulley where the belt rides.

I removed the entire system, but it is not obvious anything is bent. I am wondering if the PO changed a bracket and did not use the correct one. I am kind of lost on this one. It seems like the mounting brackets are tipping the pump to the pass side, thus wearing the outside face of the pulley where the belt rides.

Can someone post pics and some basic dimensions of the 2 brackets? I know my rear bracket does not look like the drawing in PET, but I am not convinced it is the wrong one.
