Question Air pump Filter Location?
Hello All,

I have had my shark for a short time now and am trying to do the basic maintaince for starters. I ordered the Shop Manuals, but being as they are on backorder I keep needing help finding and fixing some of the smaller things. I ordered the air pump filter and then realized that I had no idea of where it is located. So, if anyone could point me in the right direction for my 85' 928S I would appreciate it.

Look in front of the air pump, mounted to the body. the filter housing is a cylinder with a removable lid.

A slightly different descrition of the same thing - look for a round metal can on the right front inner fender panel under the coil.

Hey Dave, if you get tired of waiting for the manuals, I have a set (the 9-vol version that goes through the 95 models) that I'm planning to sell. Let me know off-line if you'd be interested, it seems these are getting hard to come by.
