Question ref. Porsche 928 posters

On the "Random 928 picture thread" thread, someone mentioned printing posters at COSTCO. Really!?!? How cool is that. Do they have issues with copyright's (or would they with those pictures)?

I didn't want to hijack/derail that thread, so I did it this way. (sorry)

( I know it's not directly related, but please give it a couple of days befor moving it, thank you )

If you own the picture or have permission then you can have it printed. When you go on to the Costco site it will ask you to acknowledge the disclaimer that you own the image..etc.

I've made several purchases through Costco's photo center and never had an issue, but then I also owned all the images or had the permission, but the point is that they never questioned me.

Be careful about the low-res images... they will not print well. That's why i started the Hi-res picture thread.

you can do the same thing via wal-marts web-site.
upload the picture and select the size. there is an option for poster size, select that and your off to the races. they'll send 'em right to your house,

we use this at work frequently for drilling rig presentations and our "love me wall"...

I use the Kodak Gallery for anything smaller than 20x24 I need printed. Anything larger I use a pro lab out of Oklahoma called Candid Color Systems. Up to 6x30 (feet) if I need something that large.

I bought Andrew`s 2008 calendar and it`s printed at Costco. It looks SHARP !

I ordered a picture yesterday through costo on-line. I think the biggest enlargement they would do was 24x30? Its in the mail, should arrive in a day or two. 15 bucks to your door.

I think it's $3.99 if you pick it up.
