Skyline Drive which turns into the Blue Ridge Parkway. Takes you all the way from 66 to just outside Banner Elk with all the twisties you could ask for. Just wont be the same without Doc Mohr leading the way though. :-(

We may have another big bunch coming down from Boston this year: Bill, Chris, Adam, Rick, Dave C., me, Chris (Remora). 2 way radios, tools, fuses, radar, and a few days off are needed.

I have 2 rooms reserved which should cover 4 of us.

p.s. agreed, Scott Mohr's absence always noticeable.

Just took Friday and Saturday off work!!

It KILLED me to miss last year, wont let it happen again! I'd like to tag along with one of the many groups starting or going through the DC area on Friday. If they will allow my exhaust!!

Many Jeannie/Thor-HUGS on the way!

Stan,

If you can make it, when will you be going? I'd like to meet up with some of the northerners on the way by. Adam G. and I will be going through MD/DC/VA by late morning Friday.

Mason if you're up for it, we'll meet you on the way through.

I'd like to meet up with you guys too. Not sure how many are coming down from our area here, but I'm working hard trying to get a good contingent. Have a few so far. Let's coordinate times/meet places...

My standard road trip plan, leave late, arrival early (am)...

I am planning on leaving here about noon, which will get me there about 2:00 am. Of course family and business can impact that schedule. My driving schedule is not usually agreeable to others plans.

Hmmm,
Three days in, three days out? Looks like I could even make a stop in at Motorsport SLC for supplies, and draft off of Sterlings truck/trailer combo from Memphis on?
