I've heard that GM specs their cars to read 6-8mph over at 60-65mph. Most car companies go for 3-5mph.

Damn, I wish! Soon I will be going from 38lb/corner (17lb 16x7 S wheels and 21lb 245/45-16 Hoosier S05) to 48-51lb/corner (25-28lb Turbo II clone and ~23lb 275/35-18 Hoosier Grand Am).

I put the '07 tahoe 20" rims on my '02 tahoe, and now im running about 5mph over. they are much taller, and man, are they heavy!!!! at first guess, maybe 2x !!

Where are you getting the Grand Am Cup tires? someone's throwaways or are you slipping a 928 into the Koni cup GS?
