Default How to post draft Fan recon writeup

Hi, I have prepared a pdf draft fan reconditioning writeup with pictures for a S4 fan - pdf = 670kb. I would like to post here for expert comment before finalising & reposting here and in the DIY forum.
Can someone guide me through the process of getting this onto the site please. Alternatively I could try emailing the pdf to an expert for them to post.

Your help please.

Myles

I think one can only attach jpg files (ie pictures or images).

A quick google will find lots of pdf to jpg converters. I have used one of the free ones before with good results but I can't remember which one.

The other alternative is to request email addresses by PM for those who would like to review. I had a quick look at the PM pages but couldn't readily see how to attache anything other than an image - someone shout if I am wrong/plain stupid or whatever - so I sent you a pm with my email address anyway so you can send me the pdf for some "expert" review. (Expert - Ex = has been, spurt = drip under pressure)

PS Give my regards to Eric and Smiffy when you see them next Month.

As a Rennlist Member you received free space for a website. You can upload the file and just link to the location.

I can post if if you like. Just email it to me john928 AT yahoo.com

So is .zip.

On your computer, right-click on the file name and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder.

That should compact it enough to then attach it.

Thanks for the replies.
I will try zipping - Nope still too large.
I tried finding where to access the website space but gave up.
I was eventually able to email to john928se for him to post. Took 4 tries & 1.5hrs on my increadibly fast & reliable internet connection.

Cheers,
Myles Garmonsway
