Check timing marks on camshaft sprockets, is this correct?
Hello friends!
I just take this photo of my new timing belt setings, I put it on the car about 500km ago (the car has 60.000km on it in total), but the car is not that fast a before, the change in power is very very small but I have this ''talent'' to feel even the smallest defferent on things...
Here is the parts that I change along with belt (all new)
1) knock sensors
2) Timing Belt
3) WATER PUMP
4) TENSION ROLLER P92810551212
5) TENSION ROLLER P92810557104
6) BELT TENSIONER
7) All small outsite belts
8) All gaskets
Please let me know if this seting looks correct to you!
Regards
Lefteris

the timing marks are correct IF on the crank while looking at the engine you can read the numbers and the timing mark lines up with OI the straight line,........... on the cams you want to find at the rear of the cam cover round holes if you look carefully you will see a raised edge on the rear side of the hole these should line up with the V cut into the rearside of the cam pulleys, the front side of the cam pulleys also has a mark but this isnt the timing you want to use.
If you put in new knock sensors then what else did you replace as you would have had to remove the intake manifold.
There might be a possibility that one of the vacuum lines isnt connected correctly , have you checked for the flappy operating , do this by removing the rubber cap on top of the intake put a smell piece of tape on the shaft start the car while observine the tape if it moves about 90 degrees then returns to its original position then its operating correctly.
Did you replace the fuel lines in the engine compartment there are 4 of them, also replace the fuel filter

I replace only one vacuum line, the others (four I thing?) was good.
I do not replace the fuel lines because looks and feel as new, but I put a new fuel filter!
I dont check the mark on the crank, I will check it now and let you know!
Thanks

here is a new photo I just took, is this correct?!
As you va see there is no OI mark, it is only 2/0 1/0 0/T and then again 1/0 2/0 and then 4/5

Lefteris,
They look approximatly correct if your crank is set at TDC.
They could be off by one or two teeth as the marks on the front of the cam gear are not accurate marks.
Ensure your crank is aTDC and check again.
To be sure - if you have a doubt - take off the left and right covers so you can see the accurate timing marks on the cam gears.

Is this better!?

You are on TDC which is good.
However the timing marks on the front of the cam gear - the ones you see when looking down the breather holes - are approximate. To check accuratly you need to remove both covers.
Did you do the TB or someone else?
If you did it you would have checked the timing to the marks on the back of the cam gear.

I have bad emeories of Ouzo 8>(
And retsina also.
It is not to difficult to undo the covers to check. you need to get the distributor caps of first.
Worth the time to be sure.

Its also make a rattle noise that when I touch it, it stops, but I can turn it 90 degrees easily by hand and it returns to its original position by itself!
Now what?
All out again to check the vacuum lines?

I've changed my mind, it looks fine.
If you check the pic on Tony's site you will see that the right hand edge of the flat on the front of the cam sprockets corresponds with the TDC notch at the back.
Your crank is at TDC and you can't be half a tooth out, so all looks fine.

It could be that the vacuum hose is not conected or that the vacuum actuator has failed.
Do you have a "mighty Vac" or some way of sucking a vacuum?
