It is cost effective because the owner knows the 928 PPI's are coming because of me! That $100 is one hour shake down with the car in the air shaken down from the bottom up.

You should get a oil leak count, brake pads in mm's, suspension play wrt new tolerances (since all of mine is new) column, knuckles, rack, tie rods, a-arms, ball joints, springs, shocks, and ... half shaft status blah blah ... compression test too iirc, maybe fluids local lab tests?

Anyways, the report will tell you everything right, marginal, and do it now.

Well, I told Andy that I will take a close look at the car and see, if I can drive it; then I'll give him my first impression.

He can then decide, if it's worth for him to have a PPI performed. In that case, he needs to make arrangements between the seller and the shop to have the car transferred back and forth.
