Default Replacement OE stickers?

I find it really annoying that my original paint code and, more frustratingly, option code stickers are missing from my 91 GT! I would be very interested in learning what options my car had as well as restoring a little originality!

I have spoken to my local dealer who is looking into getting replacements for me but he is not sure they are obtainable.

Does anyone know if I can ever replace these? Or will I just have to live with it?

Cheers

Llew

Would be good to know.. I've taken a high-res photo of the sticker in my car, but its pretty faded and has a stain on it. A replacement from Porsche would be a good option.

You might have more luck asking Customer Service at Porsche GB in Reading?

I've dealt with them before to get a letter of authenticity which included a spec sheet with original option codes, engine/chassis numbers, paint code, build date etc.

I'm currently doing a repaint and the painter wished to know if he should remove existing stickers because he thought they could be replaced.....therefore this would be nice to know.

There is a vendor on Ebay offering sticker sets, claims they are suitable for restoration IIRC, but I never looked very closely at what was included or the likely calber of reproduction.

I had OK luck looking up the part numbers in PET and then requesnting through 928SP. Mixed bag, some weren't available, some part numbers came back invalid, and, most frustrating, some of the labels that were originally of that brass-type finish were superceded by yellow...yuck. But I did succeed in getting a Euro spec emisssions sticker and some other odds and ends..

Anyone know what the sticker on the passenger side of the radiator is? Middle and left sticker are good, right is long gone.

The stickers that are individualized, like the option code sticker are not available. The ones that are common are somewhat available. A few of them are available from Porsche, or were a year or so ago, but only the late model version of the high tension warning on the radiator. The reproduction sets from eBay are decent but are not complete and not correct for many model years. Even the ones that are good aren't exactly right - often wrong size, slightly incorrect fonts.

The right one was the AC fill capacity and type sticker.

Mine has been converted to R134, might be why it was removed.

I bought a set of '86 stickers from the Ebay guy (sbagal) last year, I told him there'd be a market for S4+ sticker sets, and spent some time taking good high res pics of stickers with rulers for scale. I sent all the pictures to him, never heard a thing back. I've got good shots of most of the S4 stickers, and here's the inventory of what (I think) should be on a '90 GT:

Wow nice list Rob!

<makes note to check all these and any more on my car>

Note that there are also sticker differences on RoW cars.. I have yet to see a non-US car that has the build date sticker.

Thanks for the advice so far! I'm going to contact Reading Porsche and see if I can at least get the options list and whatever other info I can. I have lots of service history from 2002 to present but nothing before so I would ideally like to start tracing the history and seeing what I can gather!
