Does anyone know if you could order one new like this with Cashmere seats/door panel inserts and black carpet?
All the Cashmere interiors I can recall seeing have Cashmere carpet too not black.

Just as you said, my Metallic Black/Cashmere '91 GT came with cashmere carpet & mats rather than black. Wonder if the black carpet was special ordered from the factory... ...regardless, the entire car looks great to me.

That is the identical interior to mine-from the black carpets, to the door inserts. That is an outstanding looking vehicle!

I've seen the same setup but with silver gray rather than cashmere on an '88.

Thanks for the confirmation. I just couldn't remember seeing this combo before and thought the carpets may have been replaced with black.

It does look like a nice car for the money. I wish it wasn't an automatic car but I suppose it wouldn't be priced where it is if was a 5-speed.

It doesn't appear to be in Chuck's registry either.

I think you really could have the car speced out however you wanted it honestly. But i recall seeing some early S4 magazine articles where the interior shots were of light colored interior with black carpet. So althogh this maybe uncommon its not unheard of.

I was thinking of replacing my cashmere carpet with black but I think I just like the cashmere better still.
